Sianna Rae values the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every session and asks all clients to honour the following booking conditions.
1. Appointments and Cancellations
Each session is held especially for you.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full, as that time cannot easily be rebooked.
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”), the session fee will be forfeited.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not available for completed sessions.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, your payment can be transferred to a future booking or refunded upon request.
If you cancel within 48 hours, no refund will be provided except in cases of emergency or illness, at Sianna’s discretion.
For group sound journeys, workshops, or events, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
If the event is cancelled by Sianna Rae, a full refund will be issued.
3. Digital Products and Online Content
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable or online materials (such as sound files, meditations, or recordings) are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file or course, please contact Sianna for support within 7 days.
4. Session Preparation
Energy sessions and sound healings require advance preparation.
Sianna recommends arriving in a quiet, uninterrupted space for online appointments and allowing some time afterwards for grounding and integration.
5. Rescheduling by Sianna Rae
In rare cases of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or energetic imbalance, Sianna may reschedule your appointment.
If this occurs, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund if preferred.
